Drs. Robert and Annelise Spees opened their practice to patients of all ages in September, 2002. Since that time, DMGCS has been blessed by additional primary-health-care providers. Our goal remains to offer excellent, personalized medical care to families - from infants to seniors.

Annelise Spees, MD, FAAP

Robert K. Spees, MD, FACP

William D. Wilcox, MD

Dr William David Wilcox, M.D. comes to Doctors Medical Group of Colorado Springs with twenty-six years of clinical experience in both private and military Family Practice medicine. He graduated from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with his medical degree with Honors in 1990 and completed his Family Practice Residency in 1994. 

Dr Bill Wilcox has a record of caring for patients with skill and empathy. He is especially good at helping people with multiple, complex and psychiatric medical issues. Dr Wilcox has served on overseas medical mission trips and has worked  as a hospice medical co-director in the past. 

Candace Baily, FNP-BC

Candace Baily, FNP-BC has a number of years of experience caring for patients with complex medical conditions as an RN in the hospital setting. She completed her Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree in 2022. She seeks to help patients of all ages to attain their health goals and believes in the importance of patient education. She looks forward to assisting women with personalized health care especially.
