If you have severe symptoms, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. It would be best to call that facility before your arrival so they can prepare to see you with infection precautions in place.

We will respond to your phone call with a discussion with a medical assistant and review with  a physician. You can reschedule a planned appointment for a future date or arrange for a Telemedicine video visit. You will be able to have needed prescription medications refilled by having a Telemedicine video visit.

We are all looking forward to a time when this COVID-19 pandemic is behind us. Until that time, we are applying all current health recommendations for the safety for our staff and patients.

We are following the recommendations found at www.CDC.gov. for COVID-19.

If you have an upcoming appointment, we offer Telemedicine visits if you may have COVID-19. We are able to use several video call formats such as FaceTime, Google Duo, and Zoom for these appointments.

For in-person wellness exams and physicals we have procedures in place to protect you and our staff. You will need to wear a mask over your nose and mouth, have your temperature checked, and respond to questions to rule out COVID-19 symptoms. 

If you have symptoms of cough, fever, congestion, difficulty breathing, flu-like symptoms, or recent travel to an affected area,

• Call 911 if you have severe symptoms
• Call the office at 719-531-0409. You will be able to speak with a medical staff member about your symptoms and make a plan for managing your symptoms. 
• Please do not come into the office.
